Waldren returns to Park View Road.

Manager Mark Goldberg is delighted to announce the signing of Danny Waldren from Billericay Town. The 29-year-old combative midfielder is no stranger to Park View Road, having been a fans favourite during his previous spell with club and will be seen as a real asset in the heart of the Welling midfield.

Commenting on his return to DA16, Danny had this to say:

“It’s an absolute pleasure to be back and be a Wings man again. This is a new chapter now with Welling. I have worked with Mark for years and there are players here who I have always shared a special bond with. I look forward to getting down to business with them straight away.”

Danny goes straight into the squad for Saturday’s crucial FA Cup 2nd Qualifying Round match with Chipstead FC at PVR.
