Welling United will be packing up their turkey sandwiches and heading to Tonbridge Angels on Boxing Day for the first of a festive double-header against their Kent neighbours.

The Wings head to the Halcyon Longmead Stadium in search of a first victory in five outings in all competitions and hoping for a late Christmas present in the form of three points.

THE OPPOSITION
Tonbridge Angels currently sit in 10th place in Vanarama National League South on 33 points, seven points ahead of Welling, having played two more games.

Jay Saunders’ side have won 10, drawn 3 and lost 10 of their 23 games, so far.

Their last outing was back on December 10th – a heavy 5-0 defeat at home to Weymouth.

PRE-MATCH CHAT
