Welling United get back on the road when they head to Bulpit Lane to take on Hungerford Town on Saturday (3pm).

After a disappointing week at Park View Road, Warren Feeney will be looking for reaction from his players and a return to the form which earned all three points against Slough Town last time out away from home.

The Wings will be hoping for a return to fitness for midfielder Taylor Maloney who has been forced to sit out of the last three games with a knock, but they will be without Amadou Kassarate who will serve the second of his two-game suspension.

THE OPPOSITION
The Crusaders are fighting for survival and lie second from bottom of the Vanarama National League South table, four points from safety.

They have gained seven wins, six draws and 19 defeats from their 32 games, so far.

Hungerford enjoyed a run of three league wins on the bounce in February, beating St Albans City, Hemel Hempstead Town and Cheshunt before being defeated 2-1 at Worthing last weekend.

PRE-MATCH CHAT
Warren Feeney: “We’re disappointed with Tuesday, but in football you move on quickly. We have to take charge of games from the start and score that first goal. We got the first goal at Slough and look what happened.

“Hungerford are fighting for their lives and we have to make sure we’re ready.  There’s 13 games left, so we have to stick together.”
Hungerford boss, Danny Robinson: “Every game is a big game at this level and this is where we want to ply our trade. We’ve been magnificent in recent weeks, but we’ll dust ourselves down and look forward to Welling on Saturday.”
