Dquame Copeland signs

With the season opener against Havant & Waterlooville just days away Mark Goldberg has today added centre back Dquame Copeland to his squad.

Copeland will be familiar to Wings fans after featuring in friendlies against Dover, Aveley, Millwall and Gillingham at both centre back and right back.

After solid performances in each of the games Goldberg had no hesitations about offering Copeland a deal to stay at the club permanently.

Dquame has recently plied his trade in Sweden for Ytterhogdals IK in the country’s fourth tier, narrowly missing out on promotion via play-offs.

On his return, a spell at Greenwich Borough got him back in to the English game before finishing last season at Bedfont Sports.
