Welling United Youth Academy are looking for experienced coaches who apply the four corner model within their philosophy.
- Technical/Tactical
- Physical
- Psychological
- Social
- Ball Mastery – Coerver/Rondos Philosophy
- Minimum Level 2
- Youth Module 1 – Preferred
- Current DBS- Safeguarding – First Aid
Our Academy are not only looking for coaches with experience, but for individuals who can create the right environment for players, spectators and parents. Far too often the environment is affected by parents and carers with their own agenda, as well as their own view point which is communicated in a negative way. At Welling United we aim to create an environment that’s positive for all involved, and to lead change through education and our ability as coaches to champion a professional and safe environment.
