Bank Holiday Bonanza starting at PVR on Saturday

After a busy start to the season, in which The Wings have played 5 games already, Welling United enjoyed a week off this week. But The side from DA16 return to the pitch with a bank holiday bonanza this weekend.

On Saturday Welling United will be looking to put the disappointment of a last minute equaliser at Truro City behind them as The Wings welcome Hemel Hempstead to Park View Road. The game against another side expected to be challenging for the play offs positions come April kicks off at 3pm on Saturday.

Then on Bank Holiday Monday, Welling make the short trip over to Essex to play their 7th and final game of a jam packed August as they face Concord Rangers. The Wings will be well supported in Essex with the club selling out a supporters coach for the clash against a Concord Rangers side, who have started the season well. Kick off against Concord Rangers on Monday is 3pm.
