All Roads lead to Park View for the opening day of the new 2018/19 season

The Wings won 3-2 at Dorking Wanderers last night to finish pre-season on a high as all the attention now turns to Park View Road and the massive 2018/19 Season Opener with Dulwich Hamlet on Saturday.

Dulwich won promotion to the Vanarama National League South last season as Bostik Premier Play off winners beating Hendon on penalties and they will be eager to show the league they are more than capable at competing in the second highest tier in non league football. Meanwhile newly appointed Welling manager Steve King, the most successful manager in the Vanarama National League South has completely rebuilt a new squad that The Wings faithful will be hoping can challenge for honours this season. It all adds up to what should prove to be a mouthwatering opening day fixture.
