| Welling United moved up to 6th in the table after a 2-1 win over Lewes at PVR on Bank Holiday Monday. An early goal from Graeme Andrews then a wonderful second-half strike from Andy Pugh secured the three points. Simon Wormull pulled one back late on. |

| During the summer the club shop urgent repairs were made to the club shop and it was redecorated both inside and out with the work being carried out by WSU members over several weeks. During the pre season two supporters were recruited to man the shop. Full Story |

| Welling United's unbeaten start to the new season came to an end on Saturday after losing 2-1 away at Bromley. Two goals from Warren McBean gave the Lillywhites the deserved three points. Ben Billings pulled one back late on for the Wings. |
