Joined Chelmsford City at just fourteen years of age where he played at all levels through to the
first-team before leaving to attend Loughborough University.

Whilst studying for his degree he represented the university and upon his graduation he joined
Heybridge Swifts in Ryman Division One.

He has since had an extensive non-League career with
most of the senior Essex Clubs including Conference experience at Dagenham & Redbridge.

He signed for Gravesend in September 2003 and then subsequently joined
Welling United in the season of 2004-2005.
